<p style="margin-bottom: 0in; font-style: normal;">Se fierb ouale rascoapte (peste 10 min). Se lasa sa stea in apa rece. Se curata de coaja, se taie in lung ca doua copaite si se scot galbenusurile usor incat albusul sa ramana intreg. Se freaca galbenusurile cu untdelemnul (uleiul de masline) si cu pasta de peste. Se umplu albusurile cu aceasta compozitie. Se formeaza un evantai din frunzele de salata verde pe care se aseaza ouale umplute.</p>
