<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><em>PENTRU SPUMA DE CAISE: Caise 150 g, albus 1 buc, zahar 20 g.</em></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Se amesteca bine untul cu zaharul, oul si faina. Se lasa aluatul la cere timp de 1 ora. Apoi se imparte aluatul in 12 portii cu care se imbraca formele de tarte. Se coc la cuptor asezate toate intr-o tava mare, la foc potrivit, pana cand se rumenesc usor. Se lasa sa stea 10 minute in forme si apoi se scot cu atentie ca sa nu se sfarame.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Dupa ce s-au racit, se umplu cu o spuma de caise. Aceasta se obtine din caise fierte trecute prin sita. Pireul rece de caise se inglobeaza in spuma de albus indulcita cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Tartele se pot umple si cu gelatina de lapte (vezi reteta <a href="http://www.retete-slabit.net/?p=56" target="_blank">GELATINA DE LAPTE</a> sau cu <a href="http://www.retete-slabit.net/?p=54" target="_blank">CREMA RUSEASCA</a>).</p>
