SUFLEU DE MORCOVI CU BRANZA DE VACI
Branza de vaci 60 g, morcovi 250 g, lapte 25 ml, unt 10 g, ou ½ buc, sare 2 g.

Din morcovii fierti si trecuti prin sita se obtine un pireu care se bate cu lapte si 5 g unt. Separat se trece branza de vaci prin sita, se amesteca [...]]]></description>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Din morcovii fierti si trecuti prin sita se obtine un pireu care se bate cu lapte si 5 g unt. Separat se trece branza de vaci prin sita, se amesteca cu galbenusul si albusul de ou batut spuma.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Se unge forma pentru dat la cuptor cu restul de unt, se aseaza alternativ un strat de pireu de morcovi si unul de branza. Se coace la cuptor in baie de apa.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Acest sufleu, daca i se adauga 10 g zahar, poate fi servit ca desert.</p>
