Carne 150 g, ou 1 buc, unt 15 g, faina 15 g, lapte 30 g, smantana 25 g, sare 2 g.
Se freaca galbenusul cu untul si sarea. Separat se bate albusul spuma. Se adauga alternativ faina si spuma de albus peste galbenusul frecat. Se amesteca si se coace compozitia pe o [...]]]></description>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span>Se freaca galbenusul cu untul si sarea. Separat se bate albusul spuma. Se adauga alternativ faina si spuma de albus peste galbenusul frecat. Se amesteca si se coace compozitia pe o tava tapetata cu faina. Cand omleta este gata se rastoarna pe un servet ud. Separat se prepara carnea. Aceasta se fierbe, se trece de cateva ori prin masina de tocat, se freaca apoi cu laptele pana se transforma intr-o pasta. Se intinde carnea astfel preparata, cu un cutit lat, peste omleta. Se ruleaza totul in servet si se taie felii care se pot servi cu smantana, cu unt, sau cu sos alb (vezi reteta <a href="http://www.retete-slabit.net/?p=81" target="_blank">SOS ALB</a>).</span></p>
