PERISOARE MARINATE
Carne 150 g, ou ¼ buc, sare 1 g, cimbru, dafin, verdeata tocata, iaurt acru 1 lingura.
Se curata carnea de pielite si zgarciuri si se da de 2 – 3 ori prin masina de tocat. Tocatura se amesteca cu sare, galbenus, cimbru, verdeata si se bate bine de fundul de lemn pentru a o [...]]]></description>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Se curata carnea de pielite si zgarciuri si se da de 2 – 3 ori prin masina de tocat. Tocatura se amesteca cu sare, galbenus, cimbru, verdeata si se bate bine de fundul de lemn pentru a o face pufoasa. La sfarsit se adauga albusul de ou batut spuma. Cu mana uda se formeaza perisoare care se fierb in sos de rosii dietetic (vezi reteta <a href="http://www.retete-slabit.net/?p=88" target="_blank">SOS DE ROSII DIETETIC</a>).<strong> </strong></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">La chiftelute marinate se adauga in sos, pentru gust, ¼ foaie de dafin si o lingurita de otet diluat. Iaurtul se adauga la servire.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span>Perisoarele de carne uneori in loc sa fie fierte in sos, se pot mai intai frige pe plita incinsa sau pe gratar si apoi fierbe in sos.</span></p>
