<p>Iata in ce consta <strong>planul alimentar</strong> al celor trei zile:</p>
<p><strong>Ziua 1, numita si ziua orezului.</strong></p>
<p>Se fierb <strong>250 g</strong> de orez la foc mic, timp de <strong>20</strong> de minute. Dupa ce s-a racit, se adauga cateva picaturi de lamaie sau un mar ras. In prima zi , se imparte in portii orezul astfel preparat si nu se consuma nici un alt aliment.</p>
<p><strong>Ziua 2, este ziua pestelui.</strong></p>
<p>Se mananca doar peste fiert sau la gratar, fara nici un adaos. Nu se va depasi cantitatea de <strong>500 g</strong> de peste pe tot parcursul zilei.</p>
<p><strong>Ziua 3, din nou ziua orezului. </strong></p>
<p>Se urmeaza aceeasi dieta ca si in prima zi. In timpul dietei se vor consuma lichide (apa si ceai).</p>
