<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Se curata bine carnea de pielite si zgarciuri. Se inmoaie painea in apa, se stoarce foarte bine, se amesteca impreuna cu carnea si se da de trei ori prin masina de tocatcu sita deasa. Compozitia aceasta se bate bine de fundul care se foloseste numai pentru carne cruda si se amesteca cu apa ramasa din stoarcerea painii. Tocatura se face mai pufoasa daca apa se incalzeste putin si daca se bate carnea cel putin 10 minute, pana cand compozitia devine ca o pasta. Se adauga oul, sarea dupa gust si foarte putin cimbru cernut prin sita. Se modeleaza cu mana uda chiftelele care se pun la fiert 30 minute la aburi, in vasul special sau in apa la foc domol.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Chiftelele la aburi sunt mai gustoase servite cu smantana, cu sos alb dietetic sau cu unt.</p>
