<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Cartofii se curata de coaja si se coc la cuptor. Cand sunt gata capti li se scoate cu lingurita miezul care se amesteca cu cascavalul ras pe razatoare si cu mararul tocat si untdelemnul. Se umplu cartofii cu acest amestec si se dau la cuptor asezati intr-o forma unsa. Deasupra se toarna un sos alb (vezi reteta <a href="http://www.retete-slabit.net/?p=81" target="_blank">SOS ALB</a>), in care pentru a-l face picant, se inglobeaza suc de lamaie sau suc de rosii.</p>
